Eleanor & Alec Andrews

Eleanor & Alec Andrews

Eleanor's grandmother Kate Saunders was the sister of my Great Grandmother Elizabeth Saunders.  Elizabeth came to Tasmania, Australia in 1887 to marry Harry Wells.

Eleanor and I first met in 1973 when I visited England and again in 1978. Peter and I visited Eleanor and Alec Andrews in 2007 and we have kept in touch over these years.

Darren and I travelled from Victoria Station London to Wolverhampton by train to visit Eleanor & Alec Andrews for the weekend.  It took 2 hours and 30 minutes.  We spent 2 nights with Eleanor and Alec in Bridgnorth, Shropshire.
